beallich is a health and activity provider for both local people and visitors. Owned and run by Abby and Patrick Harrison. It is situated in the Haughs of Cromdale. There is a strong ethos towards health and safety of the participants and protecting the environment.

Abby is a remedial and sports massage therapist, yoga instructor and climbing instructor (MIA award). Patrick currently holds the Summer Mountain Leader award and is currently training towards the Winter Mountain Leader award.

There is a converted steading which has a stunning yoga studio. There is also a massage therapy room and a small indoor climbing wall.

beallich runs regular and private yoga classes. Private yoga classes and massages are arranged by appointment.

beallich takes people rock climbing and mountaineering across Scotland and run some regular courses. Other mountaineering activities are on a private basis and can vary from 1 hour indoor wall tuition to a full day(s) of mountaineering.

beallich works with people of all ages and abilities. It runs multi-activity sessions (orienteering, yoga and indoor climbing) and is licensed by the Adventures Activity Licensing Authority and can take under 18's mountaineering (Rock-climbing, abseiling, summer and winter hillwalking).
