Craggan Outdoors offer good value, comfortable accommodation in our Bunkhouse and Bothy, located side-by-side in a secluded and picturesque location a couple of miles off the A95 Grantown to Aviemore road. Peace and quiet is guaranteed, along with the fantastic views, yet it is just a 5 minute drive into nearby Grantown-on-Spey.
Craggan Bunkhouse is a converted farmhouse that sleeps a maximum of 27 people over three rooms, two light and airy bunk-rooms of 11 and 12 beds each, and a cosier 4-bed room. Downstairs is a large open-plan kitchen and dining / common room area, along with bathroom facilities on a minimum of a 1-to-5 basis. Craggan Bunkhouse is double-glazed and fitted throughout with central heating.
Craggan Bothy is a converted steading offering snug and cosy accommodation across a single floor. The bunk-room sleeps up to eight people and is adjoined by a well-fitted shower room. There is also a separate additional toilet. The kitchen and dining area is at the other end of the building and includes a wood burner for cosy evenings, although Craggan Bothy is centrally heated.

It is also worth noting that the majority of our activities are on-site, so minimising time and distance spent travelling to/from activities, and of course also minimising our environmental impact.
