High Range Self Catering Chalets
The High Range holiday complex has been under the personal supervision of the Vastano family since 1976,where the standards and style have been influenced by continuity and continental flair.Our guests enjoy the privacy and seclusion of the complex woodland,but are only a 5 minute walk from the village shopping centre. At the High Range you will find a selection of holiday facilities,all located on the one site.
Set among the birch trees and heather-clad grounds of High Range, each characterful chalet is completely self-contained with 1 to 3 bedrooms, shower room, lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchenette.
The comfortable and spacious accommodation is furnished to a high standard, including microwave, TV, DVD, hairdryer, iron and board, providing all that is necessary for your comfort. All bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are supplied FREE OF CHARGE. Electricity is charged on a £1 coin or card meter (cards available from Reception). There is ample parking space near the chalets.
BRAERIACH (STB****)
Designed to look after the needs of families with a disabled member, this spacious, two beddroom self catering chalet is built to Category 1,Scottish Tourist Board (STB) Four Star Graded specifications. It very comfortably sleeps 3 and an extra space-saver bed is also available.The bathroom is fully accessible,with a 'wheel-in' shower with folding seat and toilet with special handles. A wall mounted hairdryer is included. In the kitchen the washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, oven/grill and microwave oven are all fully accessible to a wheelchair user. The living room is well furnished and includes television and video. The dining area offers a superb view of the mountains. Parking is opposite the chalet, where a ramp leads directly to the door.
Also within the complex there is a play park, laundrette, Lodge Hotel accommodation, touring caravan park, LA TAVERNA Ristorante, PIzzeria and Bar, where you can be sure of a warm and friendly welcome, a relaxed atmosphere and a truely continental eating out experience.
Groceries and other provisions can be purchased from the village shopping centre, only five minutes walk from the High Range complex. The bus service, railway station, bank and post office are also close by.
