beallich is a health and activity provider with a fantastic location in the Haughs of Cromdale. Our main activities are yoga, mountaineering and massage. We, Patrick and Abby, cater for all ages and abilities. We run regular classes and courses but equally can provide you with a personalised class / day/ course. On site we have a stunning yoga studio, massage therapy room and an indoor climbing wall. We take the safety of our clients very seriously and we have a strong ethos with regards to protecting the environment.

We are licensed by the Adventure Activity Licensing Service to provide trekking and climbing (L6058/R1517 tel 029 2075 5715).
Abby is a qualified Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist (remedial and sports) and Mountain Instructor (MIA).
Patrick is a Summer and Winter Mountain Leader and is a Leave No Trace Trainer.

Admission: Yoga starts from £7 to join 1 hour yoga class to £33 per hour private class.
Massage starts at £25 for a half hour massage.
Mountaineering starts at £18 for children's climbing day to £130/day for private day.
