Just below the summit of CairnGOrm lies the Ptarmigan Restaurant. On summer evenings, diners travel to this unique location using the highest mountain railway in the UK. Our team of chefs prepare menus using the abundant supply of Highland produce available locally.

Marinated sliced scallops with samphire, red pepper tapenade and a mussel and herb veloute

Pheasant and pigeon roulade with pear and apple cider stuffing, red cabbage and port wine sauce

Crab bisque garnished with watercress meringue

Poached pear and sautéed leeks glazed with Highland blue cheese sauce

Confit of belly pork, glazed Bramley apples and red onion chutney
