Families activities Aviemore and Cairngorms area

The Aviemore and Cairngorms area is packed with great activities for the family. Our woodland trails are perfect for a family expedition on bikes or on foot and our Lochs are ideal for first time watersports. There are so many family attractions to choose from for both indoor and outdoor days. Just look at the big names we have in the area: Landmark Adventure Forest Park, Cairngorm Mountain with skiing and sledging, the Highland Wildlife Park animal experience and our very own Strathspey steam railway, there is plenty to entertain children of all ages with both indoor and outdoor experiences.
