There are lots of very high quality Aviemore self-catering properties available catering for all sizes of families or groups, be it a quiet romantic week away in the depth of the countryside or an active break with all village amenities on hand.
So if you are looking for a self-catering cottage, house, log cabin or chalet, this is the place to find it – there is just so much to choose from. Some self-catering properties now do long weekend or two night lets if you can only escape for part of the week.

Aviemore caters well for those in self-catering properties. There is a Tesco Supermarket, an Aldi, Home Bargains, Best One and Coop food shops as well as the Rothiemurchus Farm Shop. Look out for the Cairngorms Farmers Market throughout the warmer months. There are also lots of popular restaurants if you would like a night off from cooking or a cooked breakfast out in the morning.
